How far in advance should I book?
For optimal availability, aim to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks prior, or even earlier in peak season (May–September). If you're planning corporate gatherings or private festivities, secure your booking 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure ample availability and accommodate personalization requests.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is your safety. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are unsafe, we'll suggest rescheduling to a suitable date or provide a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored vigilantly, and we'll notify you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if we anticipate adverse weather.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Absolutely, feel free to bring along your preferred food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also offer exceptional catering services tailored to your taste preferences. Be advised that for safety, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your charter, doing so more than 72 hours in advance allows for a full refund. Cancellations from 24 to 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, reservations are non-refundable except under circumstances of unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our part.
