By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Overview

SilentGlenMirror offers upscale yacht charter services, which include, but are not limited to:

• Full-day yacht hire
• Evening boat tours
• Organizational getaways
• Exclusive gatherings
• Extended adventures on water

Services are subject to change according to availability and weather. We reserve the right to cease or adjust offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Reservation Procedure

To secure a yacht, you are required to:

• Be of legal age, at least 18 years old
• Provide valid and current details
• Issue an advance payment as per your booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is deemed confirmed with the payment receipt and a written acknowledgment from us. We hold the right to decline service at our sole judgment.

3.3 Charter Availability

All yacht bookings are subject to the accessibility of the vessel and appropriate weather conditions. Efforts will be made to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Rates

Our prices are specified in € and incorporate all relevant taxes unless indicated otherwise. Rates are susceptible to amendments without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Deadlines

• Initial payment: 50% of the full cost of charter due upon reservation
• Final amount: Payable 48 hours before the set sail time
• Incidental expenses (if applicable): Settled at the end of the charter

4.3 Accepted Payment Forms

We receive payments through most major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed with secure and encrypted methods.

5. Cancellations and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellation

• More than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund excluding handling fees
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
• Within 24 hours of departure: No refund provided

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

If our captain determines weather conditions are not safe, we can:

• Propose an alternate charter date at no extra cost
• Issue a complete refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If there's a mechanical malfunction with the assigned vessel, we will try to arrange a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, a complete refund will be provided.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Guidelines

All guests are required to:

• Comply with all directions from the crew
• Utilize safety gear as instructed
• Inform of any health conditions impacting their safety
• Stay within the designated areas on board

6.2 Forbidden Items

The items listed below are not allowed on the yacht:

• Glass items
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excess non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable consumption
• Pets (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 General Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. We maintain the right to halt a charter without refunding if a guest's conduct endangers safety or disturbs others' experience.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Accountability

We are liable only up to the charter payment amount. We are not responsible for:

• Injuries owing to passenger negligence
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Delays due to weather or unforeseen events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Policy

We have comprehensive marine insurance covering our vessels and operations. Passengers must ensure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

By participating in our yacht services, you recognize the intrinsic hazards associated with marine activities and accept responsibility for your safety and wellness.

8. Alterations and Itinerary Deviations

We retain the right to modify itineraries, paths, or times due to weather, safety concerns, or operational necessities. Comparable alternative experiences will be pursued when feasible.

9. Uncontrollable Events

We are not answerable for any hold-ups, cancellations, or service alterations caused by events beyond our influence, including, but not restricted to:

• Severe meteorological phenomena
• Acts of nature
• Governmental directives
• Port shutdowns
• Technical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed as per our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to the collection and usage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Proprietary Rights

Our website's material, including texts, visuals, trademarks, and images, is protected by copyright and trademark legislation. Reproduction, distribution, or the creation of derivatives is prohibited without our explicit written consent.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms are under the jurisdiction of the laws in Spain. Disputes will be settled in the courts situated in Barcelona, Spain.

13. Amendments to Terms
